◆We offer free professional consultancy to our customers, such as product introduction related to its performance, technology, application scope, quality, maintenance and anything related to it.

◆Proper installation, operation, and maintenance of each item are clearly stated in the manual, thus, it must be followed carefully. Please take note that our company will be responsible only for the repairs/ replacement of the items based on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and if the problem was the product itself.

◆We offer the service of customizing products. We will reply within 3 days after providing samples or technical drawing of the item. If the products can be produced, it will be delivered within 30 days the special circumstances will be negotiated with customers, delivery channels can be used by air transport, sea, etc. (delivery channels lies upon the decision of the client). However, if the products cannot be produced, the samples will be returned and the expenses of freight will be covered by our company.
